STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.  General Scope
   These terms govern all transactions between the customer and Zerofriction. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms. Any deviation from these terms must be agreed to in writing by Zerofriction prior to order confirmation.
2. Product Use & Warranty
   All products sold are strictly intended for industrial and commercial use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility and suitability of the product before installation or usage.
3. Returns & Replacement Policy
4. 1. Claims for damage, defect, or wrong item must be raised within 7 days of delivery with proper evidence (photo/video).
   2. No returns will be accepted for products that have been used, installed, or tampered with, under any circumstances.
   3. Any approved return must be in unused, original condition with intact packaging.
5. Payment Terms
   Unless otherwise specified on the invoice or order form, full payment is due prior to dispatch. Zerofriction reserves the right to withhold delivery in the event of incomplete payment.
6. Shipping & Delivery
   Delivery is typically made within 1–2 working days for Tamil Nadu, Kerala and for other states its tipically between 3-5 Business days from order confirmation. Zerofriction is not liable for delays caused by carriers, natural events, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.
7. Liability Disclaimer
   Zerofriction will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use the product. Under no circumstance does Zerofriction guarantee results or system performance following installation.
8. Jurisdiction
   All transactions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts therein.
9. Product Specifications & Images
   All technical data, drawings, and images shown on the product page are for reference purposes only. Actual product may vary in appearance due to batch changes or supplier variations. Customers should verify specifications with our team before ordering, if in doubt.
10. Pricing & Availability
    Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability is based on current stock and sourcing lead times. Zerofriction reserves the right to cancel or revise an order if the product is unavailable or mispriced.
11. Custom or Special Orders
    Orders placed for non-standard, imported, or specially requested items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless proven defective. Lead times for such products may vary, and full advance payment is mandatory.
12. Force Majeure
    Zerofriction shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, transport strikes, supplier delays, natural calamities, or governmental actions.
13. Inspection & Acceptance
    The buyer is expected to inspect the product upon delivery. If no objections are raised in writing within 7 days, the goods are deemed accepted as per order.
